1) Shipping?
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, until 4:00pm, Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after 4pm will be shipped the next business day. Any orders placed on a holiday will be processed the next business day. Rusty Creation’s is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
2) How long will it take to receive my order?
After processing is complete, all orders ship in 1-to-5 business days, or maybe longer due to the pandemic ,and 2-to-4 weeks for International delivery. Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with shipping information and a tracking number.
3) Can I get a refund on an item I purchased?
All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. Rusty Creation’s will not accept exchanges due to the pandemic , we must stay safe.
